Just like a car, a guitar needs to be maintained to keep it in optimal condition. Whether your guitar has uncomfortable action, fret buzz, tuning problems, crackling electronics or simply does not feel as good as it should, we can assess the problem and explain the available options.

Choose from four main services:

• Standard Setup - £49.99
  For tightening hardware, improving action, tuning stability, intonation and general playability.

• Full Setup - £69.99 (most popular)
  Includes everything in the Standard Setup, plus deep cleaning, fret polishing and fretboard conditioning.

• Restring and Clean - £24.99
  For replacing the strings, cleaning the instrument and tuning it ready to play.

• Repair Assessment - £20.00
  For electrical, mechanical or other faults that need inspecting before repair work can be quoted.

How it works:

1. Choose your service
Select the option that best matches what your guitar needs. If you’re unsure, choose ‘Repair Assessment’. The £20 assessment fee will be deducted from the cost of any subsequent repair work.

2. Book a drop-off time
Choose a convenient appointment and tell us a little about your instrument. You can book a drop off slot for free, or choose to pay some or all of the cost in advance. Just select ‘Reserve without paying’ on the booking page once you have provided the information about your instrument.

3. Leave the rest to us
Drop off the guitar at your chosen time. We’ll assess your guitar, confirm any additional work with you, and let you know when it’s ready to collect. We usually complete most setups and repairs in 5-7 working days.

Drop-off and collection are available by appointment. Where a job requires more specialist expertise, we may also be able to introduce you to a trusted independent repairer.
